The Ultimate Door Seal is extruded from a non biodegradable, high grade silicone composite. Meets or exceeds federal specifications ZZ-R-765B, class 3A grade 50. Operational temperature range - 70f to +500f. The ultimate door seal is designed to replace the old existing seal on the door of the aircraft. The special ribbed construction is designed to compensate for cabin frame irregularities thus eliminating water leakage while in the static state on the ground and air leakage while inflated in flight.
Method of inflation is a piston type compressor with a special limit switch to turn off compressor after desired pressure is attained. Fully automated in flight. Requires no electrical load analysis. Optional method of inflation is a hand held manometer bult mounted for easy access to the pilot.
